Addis Ababa: State Minister of Foreign Affairs Mesganu Arga had a meeting with Special Envoy of UN Secretary General for the Horn of Africa Hanna Tetteh.
The two sides discussed on issues of mutual interest in the Horn of Africa, according to Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
