Burkina/Dj´r´: 329 Files Examined by Regional Education Subcommittee


Dj´r´: The Dj´r´ Regional Directorate of Preschool, Primary and Non-Formal Education (DREPPNF) convened its regional assignment subcommittee session on Wednesday. The session, chaired by Jean Pierre PAR€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬¦¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬¦¡¬¦¡¬°, head of the governorate’s human resources department and representative of the Governor, reviewed a total of 329 assignment and transfer files, including 311 for personal convenience and 18 for transfers.



According to Burkina Information Agency, the primary aim of the meeting was to address personnel needs across the provinces by ensuring fair and transparent assignments that reflect the current realities and promote a balanced return to school. Jean Pierre PAR€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬¦¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬¦¡¬¦¡¬°, representing the Governor and serving as president of the subcommittee, praised the dedication of the DREPPNF team and underscored the necessity of strategic human resource management to better tackle the educational challenges faced by the region.



During the session, subcommittee members thoroughly examined all 329 files, taking into account the needs expressed by provincial directorates. They validated proposals aimed at enhancing educational coverage throughout the regional territory. The meeting was characterized by a spirit of collaboration and responsibility, concluding with participants expressing satisfaction and making concrete recommendations for the practical implementation of the assignments.
