Zondoma: Citizen monitoring continues the rehabilitation of degraded roads In its drive to rehabilitate degraded roads, the provincial coordination of citizen monitoring associations of Zondoma, deployed on Saturday, September 20, 2025 within the town of Gourcy to make its contribution to the rehabilitation of the roads.
According to Burkina Information Agency, after Sogondin, Minima, Basnam, Niessega, the provincial coordination of citizen monitoring associations of Zondoma mobilized its men for the rehabilitation of the secondary road which leads to the urban health and social promotion center (CSPS) of Gourcy this Saturday, September 19, 2025.
Convinced that the State cannot satisfy the needs of the population at all times and in all places, Oumarou Ouedraogo and his comrades have made citizen participation their hobbyhorse. This time, they visited the road leading to the Gourcy urban CSPS. Armed with the necessary tools, they were able to fill in the large potholes that made passage difficult at several levels. It should be noted that the heavy rains this year have caused extensive damage to the entire province’s road network.
