According to the latest economic situation report from the Banque Centrale du Congo (BCC), the Democratic Republic of Congo’s foreign currency budget shows a remarkable surplus balance of 82.1 million US dollars (USD) as at August 3, 2023.
The note points out that the positive balance stems from a combination of revenue amounting to USD 95.24 million and expenditure totaling USD 13.1 million, during the period under review.
