Koup©la: The coordinator of the ‘Faso Mªbo’ initiative, alongside the presidency’s mission officer for the Nakamb© region, made a visit to the Koup©la site designated for the headquarters of the initiative. This visit, which took place on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, was attended by the High Commissioner of the Kourittenga province, Moctar Ilboudo, and the President of the special delegation of Koup©la, Moumouni Sagnon.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the visit’s agenda included establishing contact, distributing notebooks and vests, and inspecting the proposed headquarters location and roads intended for paving. The former headquarters of the Kourittenga Craftsmen’s Association has been identified as the new site for the ‘Faso Mªbo’ initiative, encouraging citizens to support the endeavor for the benefit of Kourittenga.
The regional coordinator for Nakamb©, Lieutenant Abdoul Fataf Sawadogo, recognized the efforts of the High Commissioner and local bodies for their support in welcoming the initiative. Sawadogo praised the Head of State’s vision for implementing the initiative, highlighting its role in urban transformation and improving living conditions through citizen involvement.
Moctar Ilboudo, the High Commissioner of Kourittenga Province, urged the community to rally behind the “Faso Mªbo” initiative. He called for collective support from all residents of the province to ensure the project’s success, emphasizing the need for widespread participation and commitment.
