TAN-ERE Association Constructs Ramp Linking Doumbala and Djibasso

Kossi: The TAN-ERE association completed the construction of a ramp this Saturday, effectively linking the municipalities of Doumbala and Djibasso. The project was realized with the support of local benefactor and merchant, Didier Konat©, who contributed significantly by donating 4 tons of cement.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the initiative was prompted by the collapse of the Manidara Bridge, which previously served as a vital connection between the two municipalities. The TAN-ERE association aimed to establish a new route to facilitate the flow of traffic, allowing local inhabitants to conduct their daily activities without hindrance.

Didier Konat©, a shopkeeper, expressed his desire to contribute to the community by aiding in the construction of the slip road. His efforts were complemented by local residents who actively participated by providing necessary materials such as gravel, sand, tricycles, and carts to aid in the completion of the project.

The secretary general of the association, Mathieu Diarra, extended gratitude on behalf of the president to all individuals who contributed to the success of this initiative. He emphasized that the construction represents a form of citizen engagement at the local level, aimed at enhancing national development.
